Terms and Conditions
Welcome to onelaser. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services. By booking an appointment or purchasing a membership with us, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any appointments or purchases.
1. General Policies
1.1 Appointment Bookings:
A £30 non-refundable deposit is required to secure any appointment.
The deposit will be applied towards your treatment, but failure to show up or cancelling within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in the loss of your deposit.
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment more than 48 hours in advance, your deposit may be transferred to your rescheduled appointment. Deposits can only be transferred once.
1.2 Late Arrivals:
Please be mindful that the time allotted for your appointment ensures that you receive a full service.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled, and you will forfeit your deposit.
To reschedule a missed or late appointment, a new deposit will be required.
If you arrive late (but within 15 minutes), the treatment time will be shortened to accommodate the next client, and you will still be charged for the full session.
1.3 Memberships:
You must have an active membership at the time of your appointment to receive any discounts or benefits associated with the membership.
If your membership is inactive or expired at the time of your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled.
Membership payments are non-refundable, and it is your responsibility to manage your subscription, including scheduling appointments, pausing, or cancelling your membership.
Should you wish to cancel your membership, please allow up to 5 working days for processing. You are responsible for factoring this processing time into any upcoming payments.
1.4 Anti-Wrinkle Treatments:
For anti-wrinkle treatments, the review/top-up appointment must be booked within 2 weeks of the initial treatment.
Any top-ups requested after the two-week period will be charged at the full price of the treatment.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling
2.1 Cancellations within 48 Hours:
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit.
Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if the request is made more than 48 hours in advance.
2.2 Rescheduling:
If you need to reschedule your appointment, you may do so without losing your deposit, as long as the request is made more than 48 hours in advance.
Rescheduled appointments must be arranged within 30 days of the original booking; otherwise, the deposit will be forfeited.
2.3 No-Shows:
Failing to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and may require you to pay a full service fee for future bookings.
3. Payments and Refunds
3.1 Deposits:
All deposits made for securing an appointment are non-refundable.
If the appointment is rescheduled more than 48 hours in advance, the deposit may be transferred once.
3.2 Membership Payments:
Membership payments are non-refundable.
It is your responsibility to manage your membership and ensure timely cancellation if you no longer wish to continue. We are not liable for any charges incurred during the time it takes to process cancellations.
3.3 Refunds:
Refunds are not provided for missed appointments, late arrivals, or cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment.
Service fees for completed treatments are non-refundable.
4. Health & Safety
4.1 Client Responsibilities:
Clients are expected to disclose all relevant medical history, medications, and conditions that may affect their treatment.
If you have any concerns about your suitability for treatment, please consult with our staff or a medical professional prior to your appointment.
4.2 Contraindications:
If any contraindications are identified during your consultation or treatment, we reserve the right to refuse servicefor your own safety. In such cases, we may reschedule your appointment, and the deposit will be transferred.
5. Service-Specific Policies
5.1 Laser Hair Removal:
Clients must follow pre-treatment and post-treatment guidelines to ensure the effectiveness of the laser hair removal service. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in suboptimal results for which we cannot be held liable.
5.2 Body Sculpting and Skin Rejuvenation:
For body sculpting and skin rejuvenation services, you may be required to undergo a consultation before starting the treatment. This consultation ensures the treatment is tailored to your needs and is safe based on your medical history.
6. Liability Waiver
6.1 We ensure that all treatments are conducted with the highest professional standards. However, results can vary based on individual factors such as skin type, age, and health condition. By agreeing to these terms, you understand that:
Results are not guaranteed, and multiple treatments may be necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
We are not liable for any adverse reactions, injuries, or side effects that occur due to the treatment, especially if aftercare advice is not followed.
6.2 Patch Tests:
For laser treatments, we may require a patch test to be completed at least 24 hours before your first session to ensure there are no adverse reactions. Failure to complete a patch test may result in the cancellation of your appointment and forfeiture of your deposit.
7. Client Confidentiality and Data Protection
7.1 We are committed to protecting your privacy. All personal information collected during your interaction with us will be handled in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
7.2 Your information will only be used for the purposes of booking, managing, and providing treatments and services. We will not share your personal information with third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law.
8. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
8.1 We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other communication platforms. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly to ensure your understanding of any updates.
